  • A signed copy of your Federal Firearms License (FFL)
  • A copy of your Special Occupational Taxpayer stamp (SOT) if applicable
  • Your state’s Resale Tax Exemption (PLEASE USE THESE GUIDELINES TO DETERMINE YOUR REQUIRED CERTIFICATE):

We can accept the MTC Multi-Jurisdictional resale certificate. Simply fill it out with your business information sign and date and return it to us.

  • *AK businesses - While some districts in AK do not charge sales tax some do. We require an MTC certificate from all AK dealers.
  • **OK businesses - We can accept your sales tax permit OR we can also accept the MTC resale certificate.
  • ***WA businesses - We can accept your WA-issued reseller permit OR we can also accept the MTC resale certificate.

We can also accept any of these state’s respective resale exemptions if they have any other specific form. NOTE - UNLESS YOUR BUSINESS IS IN OKLAHOMA OR MISSISSIPPI THIS IS NOT THE SAME THING AS YOUR TAX LICENSE!
