This replacement magazine is a factory original from CZ. Factory replacement parts are manufactured to the exact same specifications and tolerances and use the same manufacturing materials as the original parts which guarantees excellent fit and reliable operation. 

Keeping a few extra factory magazines around is never a bad idea; extra magazines save loading time at the range and also serve as a backup for those days when you simply cannot remember where you put your primary magazine.

Magazine/Other Restrictions by State:  

California: No magazines over 10 rounds. No threaded pistol barrels.

Colorado: No ammunition feeding devices over 15 rounds.

For all valid magazine purchases one of the following is required:

- A valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver 

- A valid permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver 

- A valid eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver 

- A valid long gun eligibility certificate

- A valid ammunition certificate and a legal photo ID that shows date of birth and photograph.

Illinois: 

- Aurora: No magazines over 15 rounds (long guns only). 

- Chicago: No magazines over 15 rounds (shotgun only).

- Oak Park: No magazines over 10 rounds (long guns only). 

- Riverdale: No magazines over 35 rounds (long guns only).

Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds.
