Description
The AXMC LE combines the proven effectiveness of the classic AXMC with modern revisions, making this the ideal Law Enforcement sniper rifle platform. Retained is the QUICKLOC barrel release technology which allows the user to change barrels using a 4mm hex key. The standard cartridge is 338 Lapua Magnum and can be configured to 300 Win, 308 win, and others. This is accomplished by changing the bolt body, barrel, and magazine (if needed). For 308 Win, the combination of a short action AX magazine and adapter is no longer required. This has been replaced by the AI 28538BL, a unique 10-Round 308 Win Magazine designed for use with the AXMC, AXSR, AXMC LE, and ASR rifle systems. The RRS Dovetail Interface is now included in the one piece forend and grip area of the chassis.
