MDT Chassis Systems at Mile High Shooting
MDT produces chassis systems for competition, hunting, and general precision rifle use. Every MDT chassis uses V-block bedding, a precisely machined tapered V-shaped block that secures the rifle action with consistent contact to minimize movement under recoil. ACC Elite
The MDT ACC Elite is MDT's flagship competition chassis, CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum. The base chassis weighs 6.1 pounds and features a 19-inch M-LOK forend with a full-length integrated ARCA rail. The forend accepts interior and exterior weights, the MDT Control Bridge for mirage mitigation and recoil control, and a modular Night Vision Hood. The ACC Elite is built around an adjustable weight system that allows shooters to add mass at multiple points along the forend and buttstock to balance the rifle for their shooting style.
ACC Premier Gen2
The MDT ACC Premier Gen2 is built for competitive precision shooting with a compact 15-inch forend that accommodates barrels starting at 17 inches. Like the ACC Elite, it is machined from hard-anodized 6061 aluminum and features a full-length integrated ARCA rail, M-LOK mounting points, and the MDT modular weight system, which supports up to 9 additional pounds of steel across interior and exterior positions. The ACC Premier Gen2 is available in Remington 700 short and long action configurations, as well as Tikka T3x and other popular footprints. Installation is a drop-in process: set the action in the V-block and tighten two screws.
HNT26
The MDT HNT26 is a purpose-built hunting chassis constructed from magnesium and carbon fiber. The standard fixed-stock version starts at 26 oz, and the folding variant with carbon fiber folding buttstock comes in at approximately 31 oz. The complete system includes a magnesium chassis base, carbon fiber forend, carbon fiber grip, and foam-filled carbon fiber buttstock. An optional ARCA-rail forend is available. The HNT26 retains MDT's V-block bedding and AICS magazine compatibility in a package designed to minimize carry weight in the backcountry.
MDT Bipods
MDT produces bipods across multiple price points and feature levels. Mile High Shooting stocks the full MDT bipod lineup, from the competition-grade CKYE-POD Gen3 to the entry-level GRND-POD.
CKYE-POD Gen3
The CKYE-POD Gen3 is MDT's flagship precision bipod, available in Single Pull, Double Pull, and Triple Pull configurations that determine the number of telescoping leg sections and the overall height range. All Gen3 models are machined from anodized aluminum with stainless steel pins, feature ARCA and Picatinny head compatibility, and use a redesigned leg-locking system that prevents accidental movement under load. The Single Pull offers a 6-to-15-inch height range with fast single-motion deployment. The Double Pull adds an additional telescoping section for greater height versatility on barricades and uneven surfaces. The Triple Pull provides the maximum height adjustment range.
GRND-POD
The MDT GRND-POD is a more accessible bipod option with carbon fiber legs and a 6061-T6 aluminum core. It weighs 15.3 oz, adjusts from 4.5 to 9 inches in height, and offers 40 degrees of cant adjustment with adjustable tension. Leg angles allow 90-degree downward and 50-degree forward positions. MHSA carries the GRND-POD in both A.R.M.S. #17 and ARCA/RRS Dovetail mounting configurations.
Backcountry and Mountain Bipods
For hunters and field shooters, MDT offers the Backcountry Bipod and the Mountain Bipod. Both are designed to be lighter and more packable than the CKYE-POD line while still providing the stability needed for field shooting. The Mountain Bipod features ARCA mounting. MDT Magazines and Accessories
Beyond chassis and bipods, Mile High Shooting carries MDT magazines, grips, stocks, and accessories. MDT AICS-pattern metal magazines are manufactured from nitrided high-strength steel with Cerakote Elite finish for durability and corrosion resistance. They are compatible with .308 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, 6mm Creedmoor, .243 Win, and other short-action cartridges, and are available in 3, 5, 10, and 12-round capacities. MDT also produces the Send iT Gen2 electronic level system, forend weights, buttstock weights, spare round holders, and other precision rifle accessories.
