    Great shooting ammo

    While not full power 10mm loads, it falls in the medium category. From my Glock 29 it averages 1084 feet per second. 40 S&W Critical Duty averages around 980 from a Glock 23,so you've still got 100 fps more from comparable barrels. This load is perfect for self defense, you don't need full power 10mm for protection from humans.
