MDT AICS-pattern metal magazines are manufactured from high strength steel and nitride-finished for ultimate durability. The short action magazines are offered for .308 Win and 6.5 Creedmoor family cartridges, and are available in 5, 10, and 12 rnd capacity.

These magazines are designed with a unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design for reduced overall height compared to the industry standard.

 

Magazine/Other Restrictions by State:  

California: No magazines over 10 rounds. No threaded pistol barrels. 

**Note, metal machine gun links are considered "feeding devices" so we cannot ship links of any quantity as they could easily be made into capacities over the limit. 

Colorado: No ammunition feeding devices over 15 rounds. 

 **Note, metal machine gun links are considered "feeding devices" so we cannot ship links of any quantity as they could easily be made into capacities over the limit. 

Connecticut: No ammunition feeding devices over 10 rounds. 

For all valid magazine purchases one of the following is required:

- A valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver 

- A valid permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver 

- A valid eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver 

- A valid long gun eligibility certificate

- A valid ammunition certificate and a legal photo ID that shows date of birth and photograph.

Illinois: 

- Aurora: No magazines over 15 rounds (long guns only). 

- Chicago: No magazines over 15 rounds (shotgun only). 

- Franklin Park: No magazines over 16 rounds (long guns only). 

- Oak Park: No magazines over 10 rounds (long guns only). 

- Riverdale: No magazines over 35 rounds (long guns only).

Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds.

- Buffalo / Rochester: No magazines over 5 rounds for a rifle.

Washington, D.C.: No magazines over 10 rounds.
